OK, it’s an obvious joke. But it’s also a bit cleverer than that. Tweets can only be 140 characters long. So they’re “short”.As in “shorts”.

As in “Tweet My Shorts”.

The wonders of beer. Not only does it help other people to look good, it also makes us more friendly, loving human beings.

Beer. It’s wonderful stuff. Sometimes it even seems to have magical properties. One of the most interesting is that drinking a few pints often makes other people look attractive.

The smiley design has been with us for decades – and it still irritates me! This tee is one of my ways of subverting that cheerful old school yellow face.

In this case the smiley has been incorporated into a grinning skull image. Is it still cheerful? Or is it gothic and dark? That probably depends on your taste and your sense of humour.

As usual this shirt is available in a variety of colours and styles for men and women. Personally I prefer basic black, however red also works well to enhance the yellow.

The unravelling of the human genome has been one of the great scientific advances of recent decades. We now know the genetic basis of many aspects of human nature.

Perhaps one day scientists will find a genetic basis for behaviour such as getting drunk, embarrassing ourselves and generally doing annoying stuff.

Well, we can dream. In the meantime, why not just go ahead and blame your DNA for every stupid thing you do?

If like me you’re a geek of a certain age then you probably spent many hours on text adventure games. In particular Colossal Cave, one of the first to be widely available. I wasted many nights at Uni trying to get through the game.

I still remember much of it clearly – such as the way to kill the dragon. I also remember “A hollow voice says ‘Plugh’”. Well, this tee has the word “Plugh” spelled out in a hollow voice for those in the know.
